Since we introduced our signature talent recruiting tool in 2015, we’ve helped thousands of top-tier professionals connect with open roles at Lerer Hippeau portfolio companies such as Warby Parker, Glossier, Casper, Allbirds, and many more.
How it works
Candidates apply through the TalentTracker and choose functions that best align with their professional skills and personalize their profile, noting specific interests and work experience. Once the Lerer Hippeau team approves a submission, candidate profiles are sent to our portfolio companies for consideration.
Our startups then reach out directly to candidates who may be a fit for open roles in their organization. For candidates, it’s like throwing a hat in the ring for 250 startups at once through one, straightforward application.
Candidates now have full control of their TalentTracker profile. When users apply through the portal, she or he creates a username and password for a personal account, and are free to update a resume, bio, or skills at any time.
